RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility

• • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.
• • Customized, engraved, or specially made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable unless it is received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Return Process

1. Email us at [Insert email] with your Order ID and a brief reason for the return (with images, if damaged).
2. Once your request is approved, securely pack the product in its original box and courier it to our shared return address.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

• • If your return is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
• • The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (bank account, UPI, card, etc.).
• • Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

• • Exchange is only applicable if you receive a defective or damaged piece.
• • Any customization or size adjustment requested after purchase may attract additional charges depending on the work required.

5. Return Shipping

• • For most cases, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
• • If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may reimburse or arrange return shipping as per our internal review.

Important: Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid any damage in transit. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is received in a used or damaged condition not reported earlier.
