• Expedited Shipping – Faster delivery for time-sensitive purchases.
• Express Shipping – Priority handling for quickest possible delivery.
• Store Pickup – Collect your order directly from our physical store (subject to availability).

We carefully inspect and prepare every order before dispatch:

• Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days for processing and packing.
• Custom-made or altered items: 5–15 business days, depending on design complexity, stone setting and craftsmanship required.

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:

• Standard: 5–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–4 business days
• Store Pickup: Immediate pickup once you receive the confirmation that your item is ready (subject to product availability).
